Pastel Pencil Pet Portraits
If you would like to receive a personalized quote for your custom portrait, please contact me without obligation with your desired photos and ideas. I will send you an estimate depending on the size and complexity of the portrait you would like.
Each portrait is created with high quality materials, using high resolution photos as a template. My goal is to create a portrait that you will love and to achieve this, it is very important that I can work with good photos.
I can help you choose the best photo from the ones you have, or you can use some of my photo tips.
Please remember that a piece of art will never be an exact representation of a photo, as it is my artistic interpretation.
Please make sure that you own the rights to the template photos before you send them to me.
Process
Charcoal Portraits
After I have seen your photos and we have discussed your portrait, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required. This will secure you a spot on my waiting list and can be made via PayPal (plus fees) or bank transfer.
Before I start with your portrait the payment is due in full.
Once your order is drawn, I will send you an email with the photo of the portrait attached for your approval before I ship the work to you well packaged with a tracking number.
Copyright and Shipping
Graphite or Charcoal Figure Portraits
The copyright to reproduce and share digital images of the portrait is retained by me. Please contact me if you wish to have prints made, and let me know in advance if you would like me to wait until a specific date before posting on social media or my website.
Shipping is provided at an additional cost, depending on your location.
Gift certificate
It will include the recipient’s name, who it is from and signed by the artist and has a validity of 3 years
The recipient can pick the photo they want to use for their portrait
They will see regular work in progress updates at no extra cost
There is the option of upgrading their commission, for example going for a larger size or adding an additional subject
Gift certificates can be purchased last minute without shipping costs
The portraits will be without framing, passepartout. Shipping costs, possible customs duties and paypal duties are additional.
